6mm carbon steel plancha providing a smooth cooking surface with excellent thermal conductivity giving you the perfect cooking instrument for smash burgers, philli cheese steaks and many many more. Once seasoned, the natural non-stick cooking surface makes the plancha not only easy to cook with but also very easy to clean and maintain.

Fantastic!
I bought this to cook ‘smash burgers’ on. I had previously used a griddle pan from a well know BBQ brand but found that oil pooled; I wanted something I could scrape fat and excess oil away from. You can do exactly that on this plancha and I think the steel cooks burgers way better than cast iron!
Seasoning was easy and the product is very good quality! Fits perfectly into the Weber Master touch GBS system.
