EU Destinations & Customs
Orders to the EU that are below €150, will go through customs without any fees or tax to be paid as it is collected at the time of checkout.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided via email direct from Royal Mail. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of any order (weekends excluded), please contact us and we will confirm tracking details to you.
Returns:
All of our products have a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt, we will accept the return of any item, new or used.
